Service Description
Please arrive with your lashes clean and product free (no makeup, no mascara, no lashes or lash glue ect.) Lash lengths: 10mm -20mm ONLY Short-10mm-13mm Medium-14mm-16mm long- 17mm-20mm Lash fill-in: you must have at least 75% of your cluster lashes still intact and it must be within 2 weeks (14days) of the service of your current lash set. Anything after 2 weeks you will need to schedule a full lash service. Additional information: cluster lashes can last you up to 1 month without a fill in with proper care. This can also vary depending on the oiliness of your skin. Things to know before booking: you can safely remove these lashes without booking an appointment, but you can also come in for a lash removal if needed. To remove lashes completely wet/submerge your lashes in water. The best way to do this is while in the shower by putting your face in the water for about 10 seconds and massaging your lash gently until the lashes slowly detach. Repeat these steps until all lashes are completely off, to remove any remaining glue gently use a wet cloth to wipe it away. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
Cancellation Policy
Please give me a call, send me a text, or send me a on one of my socials if anything changes with your appointment and/or if you have any additional questions. Clients MUST reschedule their appointments within 2 WEEKS of their original appointment date. After the 2 week period a NEW deposit will need to be made. All appointments are CONFIRMED and NON REFUNDABLE. If you happen to miss your appointment, you will also have to repay your deposit. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 24HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ANYTHING AFTER THAT WILL RESULT IN A $10 CANCELLATION FEE. THIS IS FOR NO-SHOWS AS WELL.
