Service Description
Please DO NOT book this service without contacting me first. Your wig MUST be approved to book this service. PLEASE ARRIVE WITH YOUR HAIR WASHED AND DRIED A $15 Wash and Dry can be added to any service. Please don't forget to add this service when booking. **PLEASE REMEMBER TO DROP OFF YOUR WIG AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR CUSTOMIZING. (Same day customizing is an additional $40 for a 360 wig). ** Included 360 customization Scalp oil & massage Braid down Cap Knots bleached (if needed) Adhesive Straightened/large curls (depending on texture)
Cancellation Policy
Please give me a call, send me a text, or send me a on one of my socials if anything changes with your appointment and/or if you have any additional questions. Clients MUST reschedule their appointments within 2 WEEKS of their original appointment date. After the 2 week period a NEW deposit will need to be made. All appointments are CONFIRMED and NON REFUNDABLE. If you happen to miss your appointment, you will also have to repay your deposit. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 24HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ANYTHING AFTER THAT WILL RESULT IN A $10 CANCELLATION FEE. THIS IS FOR NO-SHOWS AS WELL.
